The Executive Coaching process at the Webster·Rubin Consulting Group, is a rewarding experience because we work with you to stress the “fit” between you, our client, and the coach. Developing trust is a critical part to the executive coaching relationship, and you need to feel an immediate comfort level to continue.
Four Phases of Executive Coaching
Once trust is established, we work through our Four Phases of Executive Coaching, which provides you with the information needed to set realistic growth goals. The 360-degree measurement tool that we use is “The Extraordinary Leader” developed by Zenger/Folkman. Based on extensive and thorough research, “The Extraordinary Leader” has become the Best Practice Model in leadership. According to a May 2007 Forbes article, the Extraordinary Leader research findings showed that “results-oriented leaders got to the 90th percentile of leadership effectiveness 13% of the time, and people-oriented leadership got there 9% of the time. And what about those leaders with both results and people competencies? A whopping 66% achieved the top level of leadership.” This model assesses leadership competencies and has an approach that allows you to build on your strengths. |

Our executive coaching methods teach you the skills to be a top-level leader and they work with all levels of leadership. Our executive coaching have helped young “high potential” leaders adapt to their first senior leadership position, and we have enabled tough senior leaders to change to adjust to a new organizational environment. Our style of executive coaching continues to help leaders get phenomenal results through the Executive Coaching Process.
